Why Sands exists

Every team that builds things runs the same hidden job: translating what was decided into what gets tracked. The client call becomes a brief, the brief becomes a plan, the plan becomes forty tickets, and somebody senior spends their evening doing the becoming.

Sands does that translation as real, inspectable work. It reads the state of your boards, structures the plan, flags the decisions a human should make, and writes the result into the tools your team already uses. Nothing lands without your confirm, and everything that lands comes back with a receipt.

That last part is the company thesis in one word: receipts. The industry is full of demos that look like magic and products that ask for trust on credit. We think trust is earned by showing the work, so the product streams every step as it happens, and this website holds itself to the same rule. Every run you see on these pages is a replay of a run that actually happened.
