These terms govern your use of Sands. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Sands plans, analyzes, and executes project work against tools you connect, such as Jira. You control what Sands may write through your approval mode, which can require your confirmation before every write or only before higher-risk writes. You are responsible for the changes Sands makes at your request, including the changes you confirm.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity under your account. Connected-tool credentials remain yours; you can disconnect a tool at any time.
Your data
Your project data stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sands to break the law, to infringe on others, or to probe or disrupt the service or the tools it connects to.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is, without warranties. Plans and analyses are decision support, not professional advice; review before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
