What we collect

Account information (name, email), the content you bring to the service (briefs, files, conversations, specs), and data read from tools you connect (projects, issues, worklogs) to do the work you ask for.

How we use it

To provide the service: planning, analysis, and the writes you confirm. Model providers process content to generate plans and analyses; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, isolated per account and protected with row-level security. Connected-tool credentials are stored encrypted.

Cookies and analytics

Essential. Cookies that keep you signed in and your account secure, short-lived cookies used while you accept an invite, connect a tool, or check out, and one cookie that remembers your analytics choice for 12 months. These are always on.

Product analytics (optional). Only if you accept, we use PostHog (United States) to learn which features are used and where things go wrong: pages visited (with ids removed from addresses and only campaign tags kept), feature outcomes such as a task finishing or a tool connecting, checkout and subscription outcomes, error reports, and counts and cost estimates of AI model use. When you are signed in this is linked to your account id and email. It never includes the text of your messages, prompts or AI responses, your files, or data from tools you connect. PostHog sets its own cookies and local storage only after you accept.

Session replay (optional). If you allow it, PostHog records clicks and page changes inside the app, with all text, form inputs, and images hidden. It never runs on our marketing pages.

When you are signed in, your choice also governs the analytics our servers send for your account. Records Sands needs to run your account, such as billing and usage, are kept in our own systems whatever you choose.

You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of this site or Settings, Privacy in the app. Withdrawing stops further collection and removes PostHog's cookies from your browser. To delete analytics already collected, contact us at the address below.

Your choices

You can disconnect tools, delete conversations and specs, or ask us to delete your account and its data entirely.
